High Efficiency NiMH Battery Charger for Photovoltaic Sources
DESCRIPTION
The TS52002 is a DC/DC synchronous switching
MPPT Regulator with fully integrated power
switches, internal compensation, and full fault
protection. The TS52002 utilizes a temperature-
independent photovoltaic Maximum Power Point
Tracking (MPPT-Lite™) calculator to optimize
power output from the source. The switching
frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter
components, resulting in smaller board space and
reduced BOM costs.
