1. tPLH and tPHL: S1 and S2 = open
tTLH and tTHL: S1 and S2 = open
tPZH and tPLZ: S1 = open and S2 = closed

3. CL = 50 pF (includes probe and test fixture capacitance).
4 The tPZL and tPLZ reference waveform is for the output under test with internal conditions such that the output is at VOL
