GENERAL DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The CM2852 family is positive, linear regulators featured low ! Very Low Dropout Voltage
quiescent current (30µA typ.) with low dropout voltage,
! Low Current Consumption: Typ. 30µA, Max. 35µA
making them ideal for battery applications. The space-saving ! High Accuracy Output Voltage: +/- 2.5%
SOT-23-5 package is attractive for “Pocket” and “Hard Held” ! Guaranteed 300mA Output
applications.
! Input Range of 2.5V to 7.0V
! Thermal Shutdown
These rugged devices have both Thermal Shutdown, and
! Current Limiting
Current Fold-back to prevent device failure under the “Worst” ! Power Good Output Function
of operating conditions.

! Factory Pre-set Output Voltages
