Notes:

Description
Sets VDD = 3.3V (1-2) or VDD = 5.0V (2-3)
Disconnect to supply external clock to JP2_1 (1).
Connects TXD to RS232 converter in normal use.
Only fitted (and JP3 removed) in Programming Mode.
Push to reset switch. (Default = o/c = not reset).
