DESCRIPTION:
These CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR devices
are enhancement-mode P-Channel MOSFETs,
manufactured by the P-Channel DMOS Process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(on) and low
theshold voltage.
