Description
Avago's Automotive 2.5 Amp Gate Drive Optocoupler
features integrated flyback controller for isolated DC-DC
converter, IGBT desaturation sensing and fault feedback,
Under-Voltage LockOut (UVLO) with soft-shutdown and
fault feedback and active Miller current clamping. The
fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew per-
formance enables excellent timing control and efficiency.
This full feature optocoupler comes in a compact, surface-
mountable SO-16 package for space-savings, is suitable
for traction power train inverter, power converter, battery
charger, air-conditioner and oil pump motor drives in HEV
and EV applications.
Avago R2Coupler isolation products provide reinforced
insulation and reliability that delivers safe signal isolation
critical in automotive and high temperature industrial ap-
plications.
