1. The dialer will execute a flash break and the entire flash pause time will elapse
before the next digits are dialed out.
2. The flash key can be stored as a digit in the memory. Only one flash, however,
will be released to the users.
3. The system will return to the initial state after the flash pause time has elapsed.
