DESCRIPTION
FEATURES
The AMC76386 series is a low dropout regulator rated „ 2% internally trimmed output
for 450mA output current. Low power consumption and high _{„ Output current is excess of 450mA}
accuracy is achieved through CMOS technology and internal _{„ Input-Output differential of typ. 360mV}
trimmed reference voltage.
„ at 300mA & low quiescent current of 10µA
The AMC76386 series consists of a high-precision
typical
voltage reference, error correction circuit, and a current limit _{„ P-MOS output stage with low RdsON.}
output driver. The fast transient response is an outstanding _{„ Short circuit protection}
feature for applications with various loads.
„ Internal thermal overload protection
„ Available in SOP-8 package
