MEMS (micro-electromechanical
systems) pressure sensors
from STMicroelectronics. The
new LPS331AP is a tiny silicon
pressure sensor that provides
high-resolution measurements
of pressure in an ultra-compact
package ideal for use in
smartphones, tablet PCs and
handheld GPS.
