Configurable Multifunction
Gate
The NL7SZ97 is an advanced highâspeed CMOS multifunction
gate. The device allows the user to choose logic functions MUX,
AND, OR, NAND, NOR, INVERT and BUFFER. The device has
Schmittâtrigger inputs, thereby enhancing noise immunity.
The NL7SZ97 input and output structures provide protection when
voltages up to 7.0 V are applied, regardless of the supply voltage.
