Notes:
1. Clocking must be implemented as described in the 7 Series FPGAs GTX/GTH Transceiver User Guide (UG476).
2. For speed grades -3E, -2GE, -2C, -2I, and -2LE, a 16-bit datapath can only be used for line rates less than 6.6 Gb/s.
3. For speed grade -1 with V_CCINT = 0.9V, as described in the Lowering Power using the Voltage Identification Bit application note (XAPP555),
a 16-bit datapath can only be used for line rates less than 3.8 Gb/s. For speed grade -1 with V_CCINT = 1.0V, a 16-bit datapath can only be used
for line rates less than 5.0 Gb/s.
