DESCRIPTION
The WV3HG32M40SEU is a 32Mx40 Double Data Rate 2
SDRAM memory module based on 512Mb DDR2 SDRAM
components. The module consists of three 32Mx16, in
FBGA package mounted on a 200 pin SO-DIMM FR4
substrate.
