Tape begins and ends with a minimum of 4 empty positions
(50 mm tape).
Maximum of 5 splicers per reel.
The cumulative pitch tolerance over 20 consecutive units is
not to exceed ± 1.0 mm.
Lead space (F) shall be measured at (3.6 ± 0.5) mm from the
capacitor seating plane.
