DESCRIPTION
VSMB2948SL is an infrared, 940 nm, side looking emitting
diode in GaAlAs multi quantum well (MQW) technology with
high radiant power and high speed, molded in clear,
untinted plastic package (with lens) for surface mounting
(SMD).
