Maximum DC leakage current at + 25 °C
for all capacitors is 15 μA, except units
in case code DD, which is 15.8 μA.
Shelf test
250 h at + 85 °C,
with no voltage applied
The capacitance and equivalent series
resistance shall meet the initial
requirements and the DC leakage
current shall not exceed 300 % of the
initial requirement.
