DESCRIPTION
With state of the art submicron BiCMOS circuitry,
coupled with Vishay optoelectronic expertise, the
IRMS6118 and IRMT6118 outperforms its closest
rival. The transmit input is AC coupled, limiting trans-
mit pulse duration to 70 µs, preventing transmitter
damage and continuous LED output.
