Description
The CHA3664-QAG is a two-stage self-biased
general purpose monolithic medium power
amplifier.
The circuit is manufactured with a power
p-HEMT process: 0.25µm gate length, via holes
through the substrate, air bridges and electron
beam gate lithography.
It is available in leadless SMD package.

■ Broadband performance 5-21GHz
■ 20.5 dBm saturated output power
■ 16L-QFN3x3 SMD package
■ 15dB gain
■ DC power consumption: 120mA@5V
