General Description
The TriQuint TGA4893-SL is a dual channel optical
differential input, single ended output modulator linear
driver amplifier designed for 100-400 Gb/s optical
markets.
The TGA4893-SL consists of two channels of high
performance wideband amplifiers and integrated
broadband RF Chokes requiring a minimum of off-chip
components. Two TGA4893-SLs placed between the
MUX and Optical Modulator provides OEMs with a
modulator linear driver surface mount solution.
The TGA4893-SL is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
Evaluation boards and bias boards are available upon
request.
