General Description
The Qorvo TGA4851-SL is a 4 channel optical
modulator driver amplifier designed for the QSFP28
100 Gb/s optical markets. The TGA4851-SL is a
compact SMT package with 11 dB of gain and 1.5 Vpp
output power and 3 dB BW of 25 GHz.
The TGA4851-SL includes four wideband MMIC
amplifiers and bypass capacitors inside the package
and provides Client side designers with system critical
features such as: low power dissipation, high signal to
noise ratio (SNR), fast rise and fall times, and low
output jitter.
The TGA4851-SL is RoHS compliant.
Evaluation boards are available upon request.
