For SPLIT-SUPPLY operation:
The modulator feedback resistors are:
RFBA = User specified, typically 1K Ω
R FBB = RFBA * VPP

The above equations assume that VPP=|VNN|.
For example, in a system with a SPLIT-SUPPLY of VPPMAX=40V and VNNMAX=-40V,
RFBA = 1kΩ, 1%
RFBB = 1.111kΩ, use 1.1kΩ, 1%
RFBC = 10.0kΩ, use 10.0kΩ, 1%
The resultant modulator gain is:
AV - MODULATOR ≈ 10.0k Ω * (1.0k Ω + 1.1k Ω ) + 1 = 20.09V/V
1.0k Ω *1.1k Ω
For SINGLE-SUPPLY operation:
The modulator feedback resistors are:
RFBB = User specified, typically 1K Ω
R FBC = 350 * VPP − 1000
R FBB = 2333.33 * R FBC
(1000 + RFBC )
AV - MODULATOR ≈ R FBC * (R FBA + R FBB ) + 1

For example, in a system with a SINGLE-SUPPLY of VPPMAX = 40V,
RFBA = 2.17kΩ, use 2.15kΩ, 1%
RFBB = 1kΩ, 1%
RFBC = 13.0kΩ, use 13.0kΩ, 1%
The resultant modulator gain is:
AV - MODULATOR ≈ 13.0k Ω * (1.0k Ω + 2.15k Ω ) + 1 = 20.05V/V
