Transition from charge mode to discharge mode
If V_RS > Vref after four clock signals in charge mode, the IC again enters discharge mode. After a further
four clock signals in discharge mode, V_RS is compared with Vref. If V_RS < Vref, the IC operates in charge
mode until V_RS reaches Vref.

to charge mode.
