The TOSHIBA TLP665JF(S) consists of a photo-triac optically coupled to
a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a six lead plastic DIP
package.
Absolute maximum ratings and electrical characteristics are the same as
those given in the TLP665J(S) technical data sheets.
