The TOSHIBA TLP598B consists of an aluminum gallium arsenide
infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a photoâMOS FET in a six
lead plastic DIP (DIP6).
The TLP598B is a biâdirectional switch which can replace mechanical
relays in many applications.

· Onâstate current: 200mA (max.) (A connection)
