T4K71
1/7.3 inch 1080p 1.12µm BSI CMOS image sensor
March 2013
1080p 1.12µm
The T4K71 is a 1080p image sensor with video support.
It has a pixel array of 1088 (V) × 1928 (H) and satisfies the 1/7.3-inch optical format. The T4K71 has a pixel size of 1.12
µm × 1.12 µm. It maintains the low power consumption advantage of a CMOS process without compromising the 60-fps
speed and offers excellent color reproduction by the use of a color noise filter. These features make the T4K71 ideal for
secondary camera applications for cell phones and smartphones.
