POWER-SAVE MODE FUNCTION
Power-save mode is disabled.
The device does not go into power-save mode even if the bits in the output on/off data latch
are all '0'.
Power save mode is enabled (default value).
The device goes into power-save mode when the bits in the output on/off data latch are all
'0'.
