Address inputs 0 through 2. Connect directly to V_CC or ground. Pullup
resistors are not needed.

Interrupt output. Connect to V_CC through a pullup resistor.

I/O P-port input/output. Push-pull design structure.

Serial clock line. Connect to V_CC through a pullup resistor
I/O Serial data line. Connect to V_CC through a pullup resistor.
