I IMVP-7 VR enable; 1V I/O level; 100-ns de-bounce. Regulator enters controlled soft-stop when brought low.
O IMVP-7 thermal flag open drain output – active low. Typically pulled up to 1-V logic level through 56 Ω. Fall time
< 100 ns. 1-ms de-glitch using consecutive 1-ms samples.
– Thermal pad and analog circuit reference; tie to a quiet area in the system ground plane with multiple vias.
