DESCRIPTION/
ORDERING INFORMATION
The TMP815 is a single-phase bipolar driving motor
pre-driver with a variable-speed function that is
compatible with an external PWM signal. With few
external parts, a highly efficient and quiet
variable-drive fan motor with low power consumption
can be achieved.
This device is best suited for driving of the servers
requiring large air flow and large current or the fan
motors of consumer appliances.
