3 Description
The DRV3245-Q1 is a gate driver IC for three phase
motor driver safety applications. It provides three
accurate half bridge drivers, each capable of driving a
high-side and low-side N-type MOSFET. A charge
pump support 100% duty cycle at low voltages. The
DRV3245-Q1 integrates three current sense
amplifiers for accurate bidirectional current
measurements along with an integrated 50-mA LDO
for system power.
The device incorporates sophisticated protection and
monitoring features through an SPI. The SPI provides
detail fault reporting and flexible parameter settings
such as gain options for current shunt amplifier, slew
rate control of gate driver, and so forth.
