DESCRIPTION
The 'ACT573 is a high-speed octal latch with buffered
common Latch Enable (LE) and buffered common
Output Enable (OE) inputs.
The 'ACT573 is functionally identical to the 'ACT373
but has inputs and outputs on opposite sides.
