DESCRIPTION
I Enable input, logic low turns on power switch
I Enable input, logic high turns on power switch
Ground connection; connect externally to
PowerPAD
Input voltage; connect a 0.1 µF or greater
I ceramic capacitor from IN to GND as close to the
IC as possible.
Active-low open-drain output, asserted during
O overcurrent, overtemperature, or reverse-voltage
conditions.
O Power-switch output
External resistor used to set current-limit
O threshold; recommended 15 kΩ ≤ R_ILIM ≤ 232
kΩ.
Internally connected to GND; used to heat-sink
the part to the circuit board traces. Connect
