NOTES:
3. Unless otherwise specified, all voltages are referenced to ground.
4. The maximum allowable values of R_X and C_X are a function of leakage of capacitor C_X, the leakage of the ’HC4538, and leakage due to
board layout and surface resistance. Values of R_X and C_X should be chosen so that the maximum current into pin 2 or pin 14 is 30mA.
Susceptibility to externally induced noise signals may occur for R_X > 1MΩ.
5. The package thermal impedance is calculated in accordance with JESD 51-7.
