DESCRIPTION
The PCM5310 is a four-channel/four-channel audio
codec with a 2-VRMS driver, headphone amplifier,
analog multiplexer (mux), and six audio interface
ports for digital TV applications.
The PCM5310 accepts left-justified, right-justified,
and I2S audio data formats with 16 or 24 bits. The
PCM5310 also incorporates many functions through
the I2C interface, such as an analog bypass mode,
analog volume control, analog level control, analog
multiplexer, GPIO, zero flag, short protection,
de-emphasis filter, high-pass filter, and digital
attenuator. The six audio interface ports each have a
built-in digital mux and bypass functions to reduce the
need for additional DSP ports or other devices.
