Boost converter / 2 channel charge pump
Description
THV6530 is a controller IC power supply system with
boost converter and 2 channel charge pump circuit.
The positive and negative charge pumps provide
regulated TFT LCD gate-on and gate-off supplies. The
chip includes a VCOM buffer.
Soft start / Over current protection / Vout short circuit
protection / Under voltage lock out protection / Thermal
shut down are built in.
Mounted area is reducible by 16-pin QFN.
