Integrated circuit controls the cooling fan motor in
automobile by means of a relay.
Relay control output, Pin 2, is disabled when the battery
voltage, V_Batt, is applied. Relay control output follows the
conditions of the switch, S_th., during the delay time, t_d,
which starts when the ignition is switched-OFF This is
possible only after the debounce time, t_3.
Air condition input, Pin 5
The relay control output, Pin 2 follows the condition of the
AC input, independent of operating conditions.
