Description
The UTM-1053 contains three
silicon monolithic microwave
integrated circuit RF amplifiers
mounted on a thin-film substrate
to provide wideband, high gain
performance. Internal blocking
capacitors couple the RF though
this three-stage amplifier. The
UTM-1053 is available in the TO-8
hermetic package.
