1. SCOPE
This specification covers the crimp requirements for extruded ring terminals.
2. CRIMP REQUIREMENTS
2.1. Figure 1 illustrates the various features defined in the following paragraphs.

2.2. Tab on back end of terminals shall be .020 maximum.
2.3. Bellmouth at back of wire barrel shall be .005 to .030.
2.4. Wire shall lay flat and must extend through wire barrel with no more than 3/64 inch maximum overhang.
2.5. Crimp heights and crimp width of the wire barrel and crimp width of the insulation barrel are shown in
the following table:
