ï¬ Description
The KPS2832 series consist of a photodarlington
optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting
diodes in a 4-pin SSOP package. Collector-emitter voltage
is 300V. The input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3750
Vrms.
