The SQ60060QPx55 bus converter is a next-generation,
board-mountable, isolated, fixed switching frequency dc-
®
dc converter that uses synchronous rectification to achieve
extremely high conversion efficiency. The power dissipated
by the converter is so low that a heatsink is not required,
which saves cost, weight, height, and application effort. The
SQ BusQor series provides an isolated step down voltage
from 48 V to a semi-regulated 12 V or 6 V intermediate
bus. SQ BusQor converters are ideal for customers who
need multiple outputs and wish to build or buy point of load
converters to work with a 12 V or 6 V rail. RoHS Compliant
(see page last).
Operational Features
• High efficiency, 93.7% at full rated load current
• Delivers up to 55 A of output current (330 W power)
with minimal derating - no heatsink required
• Wide input voltage range: 36-75 V, with
100 V 100 ms input voltage transient capability
• Fixed frequency switching provides predictable EMI performance
• No minimun load requirement
