3. Memory Structure
The SM89516B memory structure follows general 8052 structure. It is 64KB program memory.
3.1 Program Memory
The SM89516B has 64KB on-chip flash memory which can be used as general program memory. The address
range for the 64K byte is $0000h to $FFFFh. As shown in Fig. 3-1.
