Positive rotations as indicated by arrows
increase output value over Zero rate level:
+500°/sec --> 4xOUTX, 4xOUTY = 1.23V + SoA*500 = 2.23V
+500°/sec --> OUTX, OUTY = 1.23V + So*500 = 1.48V
