These thresholds set the levels of the current that flows in each HB-LED array. As shown in
Figure 4, 5, 6, and 7, the current average value in each HB-LED array varies from zero,
when duty cycle = 100 %, to 250 mA when braking is at its maximum. So the LEDs are OFF
for most of the time, while during the braking phase the LED light intensity varies with the
duty cycle, proportional to the braking effort.
The user may add more thresholds in order to have soft dimming.
