Description
The USBULC1606-4M8 is an application specific
discrete device dedicated to ESD protection of an
enhanced Mini USB interface.
The device is ideal for applications where both
reduced print circuit board space and power
absorption capability are required.
Where transient over-voltage protection in ESD
sensitive equipment is required, such as:
■ Computers
■ Printers
■ Communication systems
■ Cellular phone handsets and accessories
■ Video equipment
