DESCRIPTION

patented strip layout, STMicroelectronics has
designed an advanced family of IGBTs, the
PowerMESH™ IGBTs, with outstanding
performances. The suffix “S” identifies a family
optimized achieve minimum on-voltage drop for low
frequency applications (<1kHz).
