DESCRIPTION
This PowerMESH™ IGBT is designed using the
latest high voltage technology based on a patent-
ed strip layout. A new lifetime control allows good
switching performance and low voltage drop. This
IGBT featuring a co-packaged diode is optimized
for horizontal deflection applications in small and
medium sets.
