Description
The L8150 device is a motor predriver intended to
drive brushless fan motors with Hall effect
sensors. The device, realized in BCD5 0.6mm
mixed technology, is characterized by a mostly
digital architecture assuring high integration
density and high test coverage.
The L8150 with few external components forms a
complete control circuit, since the smooth driver
logic is fully integrated: its peculiar driving solution
(smooth driving) allows a very low current ripple
and speed control even at low rotation speeds.
