DESCRIPTION
Using the latest high voltage MESH OVERLAYâ¢
process, STMicroelectronics has designed an ad-
vanced family of power MOSFETs with outstanding
performance. The new patented STrip layout cou-
pled with the Companyâs proprietary edge termina-
tion structure, makes it suitable in coverters for
lighting applications.
