DESCRIPTION
The 74V1G384 is an advanced high-speed CMOS
SINGLE HIGH SPEED BUS SWITCH fabricated
in silicon gate C2MOS technology. Itâs designed to
operate from 3V to 5.5V, making this device ideal
for portable applications. Itâs offers 7⦠Resistance
typical value at VCC=5V. Additional key feature
are fast switching speed (tON=3.8ns, tOFF=3.3ns
