Model SM04093-36HS is an affordable
solid state GaAs amplifier designed for
various wireless applications. With 525
MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, the
amplifier can be used in multiple wireless
and military applications. This module
provides 34 dB of linear gain, +36 dBm of
output power at P1dB, and an OIP3 of +50
dBm. The unit uses the latest surface mount
technologies to provide numerous features,
while maintaining a very small size.
