Description
FTM-311XC-L03G is a high performance, cost
effective module, which is applied in
10GBASE-LRM, supporting data-rate of
10.3125Gbps and transmission distance up to 220m
in MMF.
The transceiver consists of two sections: The
transmitter section incorporates a 1310nm DFB or
FP Laser, and laser driver. The receiver section
consists of a PIN photodiode integrated with a linear
amplifier.
Applications
 10GBASE-LRM at 10.3125Gbps
The module is hot pluggable into the 20-pin
connector. The high-speed electrical interface is
based on low voltage logic, with nominal 100 Ohms
differential impedance and AC coupled in the
module. The optical output can be disabled by
LVTTL logic high-level input of TX_Disable.
